No consignments are dispatched internationally at this juncture, and all shipping services are executed through reputed third-party logistics partners engaged for their reliability and established distribution networks.
Order Processing Framework
Orders successfully placed and confirmed through our website undergo a systematic processing cycle. Generally, purchase confirmations received before the daily operational cut-off time of 5:00 PM IST are forwarded for same-day processing, subject to product availability and internal verification protocols. Orders confirmed after the cut-off window are typically processed on the subsequent working day. Processing timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, or officially declared non-business days.
Estimated Transit and Delivery Timelines
The standard delivery window ordinarily ranges from two (2) to five (5) business days from the date of dispatch. These estimations are indicative in nature and not absolute guarantees. Actual timelines may fluctuate in accordance with variables such as shipping destination, carrier operational efficiency, regional logistical constraints, and product-specific handling requirements. Customers should be mindful that transit durations may extend marginally in certain circumstances, and such variation shall not constitute a service deficiency.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once the consignment has been dispatched, a follow-up notification is transmitted containing the tracking identification number and a hyperlink to the carrier’s portal for real-time shipment monitoring. A final delivery confirmation is communicated when the package is reported as delivered by the logistics partner.
Shipping Costs and Charges
All shipping charges are dynamically computed at checkout, factoring in weight, volumetric dimensions, geographical location, and other logistics variables. Logistics and Carrier Responsibility

Force Majeure Contingencies
HSC shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or non-delivery arising from circumstances categorized as force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, labor unrest, transport shutdowns, governmental restrictions, pandemics, political disruptions, or other unforeseeable events outside ordinary control. Such occurrences may temporarily impact both processing and transit durations.
Damaged, Missing, or Incomplete Deliveries
Customers are strongly advised to inspect delivered consignments immediately upon receipt. Claims are subject to verification, which may include adherence to the video evidence procedure outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Delivery Completion and Risk Transfer
Delivery is deemed complete, and risk of loss transfers to the customer, once the consignment has been marked as delivered at the shipping address provided during checkout. HSC bears no responsibility for delays or losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect shipping details submitted by the customer at the time of purchase.
Policy Modifications
HSC retains sole discretion to revise, modify, or update this Shipping Policy without prior notice. Such revisions become effective immediately upon publication on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the prevailing version of the policy.
