We accept online payments exclusively through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. Customers can choose from a wide range of supported payment options, including:

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
Currency and Region
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) only. Our products and services are currently available exclusively for customers within India. Any attempt to make a purchase from outside India may result in automatic cancellation.
Secure Transactions
Your payment security is of utmost importance to us. All online payments are handled securely through Razorpay, which is certified with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and industry-standard encryption protocols. This ensures that your sensitive information, such as card details or UPI IDs, is processed safely and directly by Razorpay. Hair System Care (HSC) does not store, access, or retain any customer payment data on our servers.

Payment Confirmation
Once a payment is successfully completed, customers will receive an order confirmation via the registered email address provided during checkout. This confirmation serves as proof of your successful order placement. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address entered is accurate and accessible. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time frame, please contact our support team at support@hairsystemcare.com.
Failed or Pending Transactions
Occasionally, a payment attempt may fail or remain pending. In such cases:
- If money has been deducted from your account but your order has not been confirmed, please immediately contact us with the payment screenshot and transaction details at support@hairsystemcare.com.
- You are also advised to check the payment status directly with your bank or payment service provider.
- If the payment has been successfully captured but the order has not been generated, we will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Hair System Care (HSC) will not be liable for delays or issues arising from third-party banking systems or payment networks. However, we will provide full support in coordinating with the concerned parties.
Refunds and Cancellations

Customer Responsibility
